The only browser thats not supported for now is Opera.

today I'm adding some new features to Twibez. Now it displays Twitter messages within a timeline of the last 10 minutes. May be I change this later. If a cube blinks red this means that the message is removed because it's older than 10 minutes and the counters of the squares will be decremented.

Also some new Browsers are supported: IE7 and IE8. I don't try IE6. I have trouble to support Chrome and Safari. I don't know what's the problem but I will find a solution.

The geocoded locations of the twitter profiles are also cached now. So I can reduce the amount of the geocode requests.

Today a first alpha of twibez is going online!

You see all Twitter messages of Western Europe geo referenced on a map and in realtime. The cubes blinking if a new message is added. Next steps will be filtering messages and include twitter messages of the US.
